 Monday: Review all letters and words in lesson 1 (pages 7 & 8). 

Tuesday:  Practice & write all letters in lesson 2 (page 11).  See video. 

Wednesday:  Parents read for child to write 5x and understand these words:

1/ Da - Skin

2/Đá - To Kick, ice, rock Kính chào 

Thursday:  Memorize 5 accent marks and practice counting & recognize numbers 1-10 (page 86).  See videos

Friday:  Practice reading, reading & reading all letters and words in lesson 1 & 2. 

To prevent children from boredom & have better recollection, please help your child do homework NO MORE than 15 minutes each day.

 Dear parents,

There will be NO CLASS next Sunday 9/21 due to the large hall will be used for the celebration of our new pastor.

Homework for the week of 9/14/25:

Each day before going to school and returning home, please continue to have your child practice greetings to family members:
“ Dạ con chào ba”; “ Dạ con chào mẹ”;
“ Dạ con chào ông bà”… etc.
“Dạ cám ơn” every time receiving something from someone;
 “Dạ con chào Cô” & “Dạ có”,  which will be used weekly in class. 

Practice writing & reading all letters & words in lesson 1 (pages 7 & 8)- follow attached video. 

Memorize 5 accent marks (sắc, huyền, hỏi, ngã & nặng)

Know the meaning of these words:
- Ba = Dad, number 3
- Bà = Grandma, elderly woman 
- Con Cá = Fish
